Our Production

Fossil-free Steel and HYBRIT

Our bracelets are made of fossil-free steel produced with the new revolutionary HYBRIT technology where carbon is replaced with fossil-free hydrogen in the iron ore process. This results in carbon dioxide emissions being eliminated and the residual product instead becoming water. The material is thus produced completely fossil-free - Fossil-free Steel .

Metal 3D printing

In the production of our bracelets, we have used the latest technology in the manufacturing industry, namely metal 3D printing . This allows us to create detailed and bespoke bracelets with minimal waste. The 3D printer in which our bracelets are made is operated on fossil-free electricity and fossil-free gas. By minimizing waste and using a manufacturing method that is fuel-free, we contribute to a green transition throughout the entire process. Our vision is to be completely fossil-free in the near future and to be a representative of sustainable fashion.

Polishing and Engraving

To give the bracelets an elegant surface, they are carefully ground and polished. The bracelets are engraved with " Dienaci " on one edge and "Fossil Free Steel" on the other. The bracelets in our first collection are assigned a serial number so that all bracelets are unique and you wearers are welcomed and part of Dienaci . The first collection consisted of only 79 bracelets.

Packaging - Papira by Stora Enso Cellulose foam

We weren't satisfied with getting only one innovation, felt better with two. Our packaging consists of the newly developed Papira by Stora Enso foam. This cutting-edge, durable foam material has been designed to be completely natural. The foam consists of cellulose fiber and is a 100% bio-based monomaterial. This means that the material breaks down much faster than a stick, even though it has the same functionality as other non-durable foam materials. The packaging in general consists of recyclable, environmentally friendly paper and is manufactured with fossil-free electricity.
